The top level features panoramic views of New York’s beloved sights, which include the Statue of Liberty and the New York Harbor. The rooftop encourages guests to socialize and relax outdoors in style.

Lastly, the Sanctuary level offers an indoor fitness center that is technological in approach. A yoga studio, meditation room, and well-equipped gym can be exclusively accessed by residents to keep in shape.

The most unique feature of the level, however, would be its infrared sauna. Designed to create heat that is as warm as natural sunlight, the sauna comes in handy during the rough winter months of New York. In addition, the therapeutic room has been proven to alleviate depression, reduce food cravings and improve the cardiovascular system.
